The following is for organizations which use a Field Service Management software in conjunction with Vision. 

To transition your FSM software to connect to use Vision v2:

  1. Logout of v1 by tapping this link one time: https://vision.xoeye.io/logout  Note: The user may receive a message, "Error: The access token was not found", after clicking the link.  This message can be ignored.
  2. When transitioning from the FSM software to Vision, when prompted, be sure to login with your  v2 username and v2 password.  If the v2 password is the same as the v1 password, the user should change their v2 password to something different; otherwise Vision will default the user back to the v1 photos/videos.  Password Managers may need to be updated to have the v2 password.
