We've recently released bug fixes and improvements to the Vision 2 web product.

Features and Improvements

Web

  • Users will now see Uploading, Processing, or Failed status for content (instead of Upload in Progress)
  • Support for video transcription (for Workflow steps which have transcription enabled)  
  • Users can now reset password from the Vision web page
  • Newly created users can now login to the web at their first login (instead of mobile)
  • Data plate OCR processing is faster

Mobile

  • Introducing the Team tab allowing you to set up your own virtual service center.  (Please Contact your Customer Success Manager directly for more info.)
  • Internet Refresh button manually prompts the app to re-connect to the Internet

Bug Fixes

Web

  • The tag 'X' button no longer wraps to the next line
  • Completed and/or linked jobs no longer become incomplete/unlinked
  • Username field is no longer case-sensitive
  • The Job Activity filter no longer requires you to manually go back to the first page to see the first page of results
  • Fixed share page notes not showing carriage returns
  • Updated page title to read WO# - Customer - Location for share pages 
  • Fixed video pausing when using Safari web browser

Mobile 

  • Hint to refresh internet connection, when low network detected
  • Fixed compression issue causing chipmunk voice with mono audio
  • Username no longer case sensitive
  • Uploader fixes to allow Retry All and more resilient content uploads
