Live Support gives you the ability to start video calls with anyone directly from your mobile device.
1. Download the Visual Support application in the App Store (iOS) or Google Playstore (Android) by searching 'Visual Support'
2. Receive the Mobile to Mobile video call registration link directly from your customer success manager.
3. Activate the mobile agent features on your device by tapping on the link in your email. You will be automatically redirected to the Visual Support application.
4. The visual support application will now activate its advanced features allowing you to start mobile video calls.
