Live Support provides a way for you to reach out directly to your visual support team when they have trouble or questions in the field. 

XOi sets up and provides call links to your company so that when you can tap the link from your mobile device to alert the virtual support team. 

To start using ACD: 

  1. Request an ACD link that will allow you to connect directly with your Virtual Support team from your company. 
  2. Tap on the ACD link and a video call will start. As soon as your Virtual Support team accepts the call the video and audio will start. 

Additional Information 

  • If you do not have a dedicated virtual support team using ACD direct links may not be the best way to use Vision Assist. Let us know if you have questions about whether ACD is the right option for your company.
