When you begin a video call using Vision Assist after following the link delivered to you via SMS or Email you will have access to the following controls within the video call: 

  • Mute/Unmute Microphone 
  • Disable/Enable Bluetooth Audio 
  • Start/Stop Video Feed 
  • Freeze Current Frame  
  • Flip Camera Front/Back
  • Hang Up Call 

After selecting 'Freeze Current Frame' you will have a additional actions: 

  • Draw on the screen 
  • Erase all drawings from the call 

Additional Information: 

  • There are some additional premium features available. If you expect controls that are not present in your mobile controls reach out to your customer success manager.
