After starting a call in Live Support you will get access to local controls for your video feed from the desktop:

  • Stop/Start your video feed 
  • Disable/Enable your microphone 
  • Change the call quality to High Definition (HD)
  • Share your screen 
  • Record the current call 
  • Hang up/End the call 
  • Zoom in/out

Additional Information: 

  • One or more of these controls may not be available when you access the application. If you do not have a control you expect to see let your Customer Success manager know.
