After first accessing the Live Support platform it is important to make sure that your video and audio settings are set correctly. 

Select the 'Gear' icon at the top of the screen to open the settings screen and adjust the camera and audio you are using. 

  • Video Input - Will default to the devices primary camera. You can select from a list of connected cameras, i.e. you would like to use an external camera. 
  • Audio Input - Will default to the devices primary microphone. You can select from a list of connected microphones, i.e. you are using an external microphone. 
  • Audio Output - Will default to the devices primary speakers. You can select from a list of connected speakers, i.e. you would like to use a bluetooth speaker. 

Additional Information: 

  • Selected the green 'Online' indicator will allow you to set your status to 'Away' or choose to 'Disconnect' which will log you out of the Vision Assist platform.
