After you receive your registration email you can immediately get set up on the desktop with Vision Assist by following these steps:
- Access Vision Assist using this link: https://console.sightcall.com/login
- Login using your username/password
- Add the chrome extension for sight call when prompted
- Confirm that the green 'online' indicator is displayed in the upper right corner of the screen.
- You are now ready to make your first call!
- Vision Assist works best in the Google Chrome browser. Other browsers may have additional steps when accessing Vision Assist for the first time.
- If you have not received your username/password email then contact your system administrator or main point of contact at XOi.
