After you receive your registration email you can immediately get set up on the desktop with Vision Assist by following these steps: 

  1. Access Vision Assist using this link: https://console.sightcall.com/login
  2. Login using your username/password 
  3. Add the chrome extension for sight call when prompted
  4. Confirm that the green 'online' indicator is displayed in the upper right corner of the screen. 
  5. You are now ready to make your first call!

Additional Information

  • Vision Assist works best in the Google Chrome browser. Other browsers may have additional steps when accessing Vision Assist for the first time. 
  • If you have not received your username/password email then contact your system administrator or main point of contact at XOi.
