For a number of different reasons authentication between your FSM and the integrated XOi workflow can be lost. 

In order to reset your authentication follow these steps: 

  1. Open a mobile browser on your device (Safari for iOS, Chrome for Android) 
  2. Navigate to https://vision.xoeye.io/logout
  3. You will see a login page for vision. Enter your username and password and tap the orange arrow button to login. 
  4. Open your FSM and attempt to use the XOi workflow again

Additional Information: 

  • In iOS you can turn on your apple keychain from your iPhone settings so your username/password will be remembered by your browser. 
  • In Android you can set Chrome to save your username/password so that is will be remembered by your browser.
