There are several different factors that can affect performance of the mobile application for android devices. There are specific actions that can be taken to improve performance. 

A few that we would suggest...

  • Force close background applications - Force close background applications that are eating up your devices power and memory usage. 
  • Delete and reinstall the application - If you are experiencing repeated performance issues it may be because a issue developed with your android device after the latest release and update to the mobile application. 
  • Update to latest OS - If you have not updated your device's operating system with the latest update you may performance issues with specific applications including the XOi mobile app.  

Additional Information: 

  • Make sure that you have the latest version of the XOi application. 
  • Make sure that you are using a device and operating system that meets or exceeds the application requirements
