Vision is designed to allow external content to be uploaded directly. This allows you to use an external device such as a camera, GoPro or other external device.
- Complete your capture of content using a external device.
- Upload your captured content to your desktop or laptop computer.
- Upload to Vision following the steps provided in the content upload to knowledge base article. You can upload videos, images or pdf's to Vision. Content uploaded in this manner will appear directly in the knowledge base for your organization where they can be shared.
The following video demonstrates how to upload content into Vision:
- OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and NLP (Natural Language Processing) technologies are not applied to content that is uploaded directly into Vision since they are unique to content captured through the mobile application.
