Password are managed by the admin for each organization in charge of managing users on the platform.
Visit https://login.xoeye.io/forgot to reset your password. This will cause a reset email to be sent to your Vision username/email. Please review your spam folder for the password reset email sent from firstname.lastname@example.org.
If this doesn't help you can also contact your system admin in order to reset your password in both the mobile and browser applications.
Note: When entering your username, use the backspace key to delete any hidden spaces at the end of the username field.
