If you add a email contact to a workflow a email will be sent to that contact so they know when a step within the workflow has been completed.

  1. Create a new or edit a existing workflow
  2. Add a new step or edit an existing step
  3. In the notification email(s) option type an email address
  4. Select 'Save' for the step and then select 'Save' for the workflow

Additional Information

  • The notification email is commonly used by managers so they are aware when and if a workflow has been completed.
