Service tickets are searchable and filterable using the tools available at the top of the service ticket page.

  • Filter by tag allows you to search for all tickets that contain the tag you type
  • Filter by user allows you to find tickets from a specific user
  • Filter by group allows you to only view tickets from a specific group
  • Sort Content allows you to sort the list of tickets by the date they were created ascending or descending
  • Start Date/End Date allows you define a date range so that only tickets created in that range will be displayed.
  • When you select 'Show my tickets' only tickets that you created will be displayed.

Additional Information

  • To reset the search simply select the option 'Clear all filters'
  • Filters can be used in combination with each other to find exactly what you are looking for.
