Media can be uploaded to vision with any supported file type from the knowledge base.

From the knowledge base screen:

  1. Select 'Upload'
  2. Drag and drop a file into the box the says 'Drop your files here!' or search and select a file to upload from your computer manually by clicking 'Select Files'
  3. Files uploaded will display on screen
  4. You can add or remove tags from files displayed on screen
  5. When you are ready for your content to appear in knowledge base select 'Upload'
  6. All files that you uploaded will now display in knowledge base

Additional Information

  • Multiple media files can be uploaded at the same time into knowledge base 
  • Uploading content is useful when you want to quickly get information out to technicians in the field using the mobile application.
  • Commonly used and supported content typesVideos - must be in MP4 format Photos - Any format PDF's
