Media can be uploaded to vision with any supported file type from the knowledge base.
From the knowledge base screen:
- Select 'Upload'
- Drag and drop a file into the box the says 'Drop your files here!' or search and select a file to upload from your computer manually by clicking 'Select Files'
- Files uploaded will display on screen
- You can add or remove tags from files displayed on screen
- When you are ready for your content to appear in knowledge base select 'Upload'
- All files that you uploaded will now display in knowledge base
Additional Information
- Multiple media files can be uploaded at the same time into knowledge base
- Uploading content is useful when you want to quickly get information out to technicians in the field using the mobile application.
