The workflow allows you to organize the media that you have captured and deliver it to your customer in a structured way for each service ticket.

  1. Open the menu and select the workflow option
  2. Select a workflow from the dropdown
  3. Type in and save a Service Ticket Number, Customer Name and Location
  4. Select the content from your gallery that is associated with the service ticket.
  5. Proceed through the workflow adding notes/media on each step as needed.
  6. Select 'Submit' to complete the workflow and view the workflow success message.

Additional Information

  • The workflow can have any number of steps and is customized for your organization by a administrator.
  • The media added to the customer step of the workflow will display in the order it is selected so it is recommended that you select the content in logical order. To learn more about selecting content for the customer step click here.
