In order for content to upload to the cloud two conditions must be met:

  1. You must be connected to a cellular network or wifi
  2. The application must be open or running in the background

As long as you don't completely close the application it
will run in the background by default

Solution

  • Make sure that both of the conditions above are met if you are not seeing content sync properly to the Vision cloud.
