- Customer Reporting - we have added the ability for users on the Vision web platform to create their own usage reports, similar to what our CSMs have been providing you.Create and save reportsCreate and schedule reportsExport to PDF or XLS
- Service Tickets are now automatically tagged with the technician’s first and last name when created, as well as anyone who edits and saves the ticket.
- Mobile apps, both iOS and Android, can now view PDF files - available for download 2/26.
