A “Page Not Found” message may appear when attempting to view shared photos/videos from share links.

This is usually because during the process of creating the shared link from a external Field Service Management (FSM), the Save or Submit button was not selected. This creates a problem where you may see the text for the hyperlink even though the save or submit button was not selected.


  • You will need to create a new shared content link from the vision platform.
  • In order to avoid creating a link that directs to the 'page not found' screen be sure to select the Save or Submit button when creating the shared link.
